I attended the macaron class at Savor Patisserie and found it to be very informative. I’m definitely not as intimidated by attempting macarons at home now. Does that mean it’ll be easy? Absolutely not. But I walked away feeling much more confident and equipped. The class itself is worth the money and honestly even worth the almost 3-hour round trip drive. The instructor did a great job explaining techniques, troubleshooting common issues, and answering questions. You can tell they really want you to succeed. One piece of advice for future attendees (this is not the instructor’s fault, just something to consider): bring your own small group of 2–3 people. I attended solo, and that ended up being a mistake. I was paired with three strangers who had their own agenda. They wanted to do every step, dictated the flavor and color choices, and when the macarons came out, they handled nearly every shell. I ended up leaving with only three macarons, while the others walked away with 10+ each. Again, I don’t fault the business for this — but it did impact the overall value of what I personally walked away with compared to what I paid. Overall, I still recommend the class. It’s educational

My family and I tried the unicorn collection, and to say they were disappointing is an understatement. It’s $9, and all of the macarons taste artificial and disgusting. It felt like I was eating a bar of soap. My family agrees with my statement. I wouldn’t recommend any of these unless you like extreme artificial flavor, and the taste of soap.

Booked a class for my daughter & I. Absolutely loved it. Ms. Watts (the instructor) was awesome! This is something I will continue to work on, and add to my custom baking. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone that's wanting something fun to do, or baking for business. The macron samples were delicious!

1. Delicious! 2. So. Much. Fun! I had a fantastic time at the Macaron Baking Class with my bestie. Kelli made the entire thing a first-class experience. Everything was well organized for the class (everything our group needed was ready on a work table.) Then, she did an outstanding job of walking us through each step of the process (and there’s a REASON Macarons cost a bit more than “regular” cookies - there's an ART to making them.) And during a lull while our macarons were baking, we enjoyed sparkling and samples (choice of sparkling water or champagne and a variety of macarons made by the professionals.) We left with a box of our own macarons and a cool bag. What a fun experience - would be an awesome thing to do with your girlfriends, your kids, or anyone who loves to bake.

Came here while walking by with my teen daughter. We were greeted by Megan, (I think that was her name). She was so friendly and helpful! They had SO MANY different types of macarons! I got a coconut flavored, my daughter got a coffee flavored, and we shared a lavender. The coconut was AMAZING, the best macaron I ever had. The coffee one was good, and while I appreciated the quality of the lavender one, I didn’t like the flavor much. But it was still beautiful lol. Mostly, I loved the employee and how helpful she was. Price was a little steep but soooo yummy.
